Neltner Rental Property Management is led by Ben Neltner, who grew up walking properties with his father and grandfather. NRPM is part of a broader family of businesses: Neltner Realty handles sales when the time comes to buy or sell, and NKY Works LLC runs renovation and holding for the family's own portfolio.
